The Cuddle Therapy is operated by ART4ART.

What we collect

The free-card form collects your email address and required email consent. A personalized request collects your name and email, the recipient’s name, occasion, scene, message, optional notes, and acceptance of the Terms and Refund Policy. Honeypot fields help reject automated submissions.

First-party website data

For site operation and conversion measurement, we store the page path, event name, timestamp, a random anonymous session ID, referrer without query parameters, and first-touch utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, and utm_term when supplied. The session ID and first-touch campaign values are kept in sessionStorage. We do not fingerprint visitors or deliberately store a full IP address for analytics; a one-way IP hash is used for abuse prevention and rate limiting.

How we use it

We use information to provide downloads, send requested delivery email, handle personalized requests, measure first-party conversions, improve the site, and prevent abuse. We send occasional marketing emails only with the explicit consent shown on the free-card form; that consent is separate from analytics events.

Storage and sharing

Form records and first-party events are stored in our website database. Our hosting and email-delivery providers process limited data needed to operate those services. We do not sell personal information. This site does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or third-party advertising trackers.

PayPal payments

Personalized orders and optional support are one-time payments and do not create subscriptions. PayPal processes payment details as a third-party payment processor. We do not receive your card or bank details. We retain only the order type or selected support tier, amount, currency, provider order and capture identifiers, status, source, and timestamps needed to fulfill orders, prevent fraud, and handle refunds.

Your choices

To request correction or deletion of your information, email hello@thecuddletherapy.online. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional messages about a request are separate.

Children

This website is not designed to collect personal data from children under 13.

We may update this policy as the service and its providers change. The date above will show the current version.
